Wash Park Revival

What began as an already charming bungalow in Denver’s Washington Park neighborhood evolved into a home layered with rich color, texture, pattern, and unmistakable personality. Every material choice strikes a balance between playful and sophisticated—a reflection of the homeowner herself—and we’re so proud to have partnered with her to bring that vision to life.

From the very beginning, our client wanted a home that felt deeply personal while creating a warm, welcoming place for family and friends to gather. She embraced our ideas wholeheartedly, taking bold design risks that paid off in the most beautiful way.

The project included a full remodel of the kitchen and three bathrooms, along with the thoughtful addition of wallpaper, wainscoting, and paint to infuse each space with character. One of our favorite transformations is the primary suite, where a custom upholstered headboard with integrated lighting pairs beautifully with Calacatta Viola marble floors and a stunning wet room. Deep, moody tones combined with bright blue painted trim create a space that feels both whimsical and refined—like a modern cottage retreat.
