As early as possible! The sooner we step in, the sooner we can start supporting you through your remodel, renovation, or new build. We help you determine an appropriate budget and scope and guide you to avoid costly mistakes by connecting you to the exact right contractors and craftsmen for your home. Even if you’re in the “just dreaming” phase, it’s never too soon to contact us.

The timeline for our projects varies depending on the scope, with most of our projects ranging from six months to a year from initial consultation to final reveal. The earlier you bring us in, the smoother the process and the sooner you’ll be enjoying your newly finished home.

We have a clear, structured process that keeps you informed and confident every step of the way. We adapt our consistent process to meet your unique needs. Our design process is broken into five phases:
Discovery & Development: We take time and listen to understand your vision and lifestyle. We develop a scope of work and provide you with a detailed design proposal as we kickoff the process with measurements, thoughtful concepts, and sourcing information.
Review & Refinement: We present a creative and functional concept tailored to your style and needs. Every detail is reviewed and finalized together before moving forward.
Coordination & Procurement: We recommend trusted contractors, place orders for furniture and finishes, and manage the details. This is the phase where your design starts to spring to life and become real!
Construction & Installation: We’re available during the construction process for any surprises that come up, as well as to coordinate details. We provide you with answers and peace of mind for questions that arise for you or your contractor.
The Final Reveal: The moment you’ve been waiting for! The hard work is done and you’re free to sink in and enjoy your new home.

We'll talk through your goals, your budget, and your timeline during the consultation and help you determine the best approach for your specific situation.

Our home base is in Denver, Colorado and we work primarily with clients throughout the Denver Metro area and across Colorado, including Boulder, Castle Pines, Vail, and mountain communities. We’re open to projects beyond Colorado, and we love to travel. We’re skilled at executing projects virtually, so don’t hesitate to reach out, even if you’re not local! We’d love to hear from you.
