The Sunday House

CENTRAL PARK. DENVER, CO

For this Denver home, we set out to create a refined yet livable environment—one that balances clean, modern design with warmth, texture, and a sense of ease for everyday living.

Our approach focused on softening crisp architectural lines with a layered mix of materials. Throughout the home, we paired tailored millwork and light cabinetry with warm wood tones, woven elements, and aged brass finishes to create a cohesive, inviting palette.

In the kitchen, we designed a central gathering space anchored by a sculptural island and custom brass lighting. Open shelving adds a collected, personal feel, while the adjacent breakfast nook—wrapped in a subtle patterned wallpaper—brings depth and intimacy to the open plan.

For the bathrooms, we leaned into a calm, spa-like aesthetic. We combined natural stone, soft geometric tile, and warm metal fixtures to create spaces that feel serene yet elevated. In the primary bath, a hand-applied plaster wall adds a layer of texture and artistry, complementing the clean lines of the cabinetry and fixtures.

Every detail was thoughtfully considered to support both function and beauty. The result is a home that feels timeless yet fresh—comfortable, intentional, and designed to enhance the way our clients live day to day.
